The 28th Maui Trade Dollar features one of Maui’s most beloved marine creatures, the Hawaiian green sea turtle, or Honu, swimming in the pristine waters of Makena’s Turtle Town. The 2019 coin is available in Cupronickel, Silver Proof .999, and 22 Karat Gold Electro-Plated Proof as singles and 3-coin sets. This will be the third coin in the Heritage Landmark Series 6 collection (2017-2021) when the set is issued in 2021.
